- What is the payment term? If choose from our available goods, can be shipped at once, payment before shipment; If need to customize your brand, the lead time is about 30 days, 50% deposit and balance before shipment.
- Can you provide OEM/ODM service? What is the MOQ? Yes, we can produce with your brand (both goods & package) according to your requirements. MOQ is 30 pcs per style.
- What is your package and shipping term? We use white box or plastic bag, but we can customize the package for you. It is usually shipped by air or sea according to the quantity.
- Will you provide us the promotion material such as pictures and videos after order? Yes, we will provide all the promotion materials we have. Because we believe that you sale better then we sale better.

- Do you have any certificates or testing report? How can i sure your material is premium? We invest the famous third party in China to do the testing for PET TRAVELING BAG and PET COLLAR in 2019. All items meet the requirements. If need the details for report, pls contact us for a PDF.
- Is there a instructions for use? Yes, we had recorded the instruction video for each goods. You will get it after order.
